Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

• For goods: the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
• For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately: the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.
• For services: the day the contract is concluded.
  

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

2. Completing and submitting the online withdrawal form below; or
3. Sending us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email or post.

Confirmation of Receipt

 Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay using a durable medium (such as email). 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (where required by applicable law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Returning Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.

Return instructions will be provided after your withdrawal request is received.

You are responsible only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law, including certain categories of products and services such as:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right.
• Other exceptions permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers located in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal through the dedicated Withdrawal Button available on our website. The button is intended solely for exercising the legal right of withdrawal and does not affect any separate return rights or warranties that may apply.
